Do I need experience to enrol in the Certified Dog Trainer Course?No experience is required to register for the Certified Dog Trainer Educator Course. You just need a love for dogs! To enrol in the Dog Behaviourist Course you do need experience of the Certified Dog Trainer Course as a prerequisite or equivalent experience. Please discuss with Brad.

How long is the Certified Dog Trainer Course?The Certified Dog Trainer Educator (CTE) Course is six(6) weeks, on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sundays), but there are homework assignments during the week days of the course.

How much is tuition and are there payment plans?Tuition for the Certified Dog Trainer Educator Course is $10,000, plus 5% tax and tuition for the Dog Behaviourist Course is $20,000, plus 5% tax. Yes, there are payment plans available. Contact us to see what your options are.

When I complete the Certified Dog Trainer Educator Course, can I start my own business?Yes! You can start your own business, be your own boss, set and control your own schedule and work part time or full time. It's up to you!

How much money do dog trainers make?Dog trainers can make as much as $8000 by training as few as 10 dogs. If a dog trainer educates 200 dogs per year they can make $160,000. Income varies and depends on whether they work part time or full time.

Are there opportunities for ongoing education for Certified Dog Trainer Educators?Yes, once you graduate from the Certified Dog Trainer Educator Course, you are invited to take the Dog Behaviourist Course and other Dog Workshop Courses that you can offer clients such as Search & Locate Workshops and Dog Hiking Safety Workshops and more!

What's included in the tuition cost for the Certified Dog Trainer Educator Course?There is the intense six-week in-person course designed to prepare you to start a career as a certified dog trainer, the Synergy Between Man and Dog e-book by Brad Pattison, a student package worth about $750 which includes a 32 oz stainless steel howler with the students name engraved, a stainless steel dog bowl with the student's dog's name engraved, 5 x martingale collars (xxs, xs, s, m, l), 1 x 1" wide six-foot leash, 1 x 5' hemp leash, 2 x textbooks that are required reading, online dog trainer course, silicone travel collapsible dog bowl, and branded clothing.
